Ellen Hudson
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Ellen Hudson is a human resources and organizational effectiveness leader with more than 20 years of experience building high-performing HR functions inside complex, operationally demanding organizations. Her career spans manufacturing, industrial, and large-scale service operations including Stanley Black & Decker, Cox Communications, and Charter Communications, where she led HR for multi-state workforces and built the people systems that keep operations running when the pressure is on.
Ellen specializes in employee relations, workforce development, and the communication and cultural infrastructure that determines whether a workforce performs or quietly disengages. She has led safety program transformations, designed workforce development initiatives that secured state-level economic development funding, and built the kind of frontline supervisor and leadership development programs that change how a plant floor actually operates day to day.
A certified executive coach, Ellen brings a distinctive combination of operational HR experience and coaching methodology to leadership development engagements helping leaders at every level build the self-awareness, accountability, and communication skills that drive both individual and organizational performance.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Union University and is a certified trainer through AchieveGlobal. Outside of work, Ellen is deeply rooted in her community having served on multiple nonprofit boards and workforce development advisory committees throughout her career.
Outside of work, Ellen enjoys weightlifting, gardening, and homesteading, and finding fulfillment in growing strong leaders, building deep roots, and sustainable living.
