Molt and Bloom

The workforce challenges that keep you up at night are the ones we’ve solved.

Working inside complex industrial and manufacturing environments taught us something most HR consultants never learn: urgency is not optional. Our founders operated inside global industrial companies where HR was a business-critical partner, accountable for developing leaders, building stable workforces, enforcing accountability, and delivering measurable results against real operational targets. We were not advising on those outcomes. We were responsible for them. This standard is foundational to how we work with clients.

Molt and Bloom combines consulting expertise with decades of operational leadership experience. We work with urgency, precision, and a relentless focus on operational results.

Questions we get asked.

How do you price your work?

We don’t have a fixed-price menu, because the work doesn’t have a fixed shape. A workplace investigation, an executive coaching engagement, and a six-month workforce redesign are different bodies of work — and the right cost for one is the wrong cost for another. We scope every engagement against what you actually need, share a proposal with a clear price and clear deliverables, and only invoice once you have agreed to it. Discovery calls are free and no-obligation.

What does a typical engagement look like?

We begin with a discovery call to understand your workforce challenges, operational priorities, and business goals. Based on those conversations, we develop a tailored engagement that aligns with the level of support, expertise, and execution your organization needs.

Do you only work with clients in the US?

Yes, we work with companies who have operations in the U.S.

Is the work confidential?

Confidentiality is a core part of how we operate. We do not share client names, business information, or sensitive workforce matters without explicit written permission.

Who do you work with, and what types of companies are the right fit for Molt and Bloom?

We work with industrial companies, operational leaders, SMB owners, and private equity backed companies that need experienced HR advisors who understand workforce performance, operational risk, and organizational complexity. Our work is built for organizations navigating growth, change, workforce challenges, or leadership transitions.
